Mikes Model Planes offers the following Returns Policy:

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Customers who wish to return damaged or defective products or products that are not what the customer ordered, must report the problem within 7 DAYS of receiving the product(s). In these cases, the product will be shipped back to our warehouse at OUR EXPENSE.

Customers returning products that have no damage or defects and are the correct products, will be responsible for the return shipping. This also applies to situations in which the customer ordered the wrong product and MikesModelPlanes.com delivered what was ordered. Again, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
